My first smoothie


My first smoothie. I've decided to enter the world of smoothies and this is my first effort. I've bought a recipe book (for guidance only of course!). And this is the first product. a 'Pango Mango'.

2 Mangoes
2 Peaches
1/2 tablespoon of Vanilla essence
5 tablespoons of natural yoghurt
8 tablespoons of Orange juice.

The Vanilla makes a huge difference and makes it quite sweet. But this drink is very good for energy and skin (apparently). Although with the skin thing I'm not sure if I should be rubbing it on myself? And it tastes bloody good and doesn't half fill me up.

Anyone know any good recipes? My book has about 400, but it's always good to get thoughts from real people.
